The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has, in terms of section 15(3) of the NFA, published a list of all protected trees in terms of section 12(1)(d) of the NFA, as further detailed in the schedule to this notice. The effect of this declaration is that no person may cut, disturb, damage or destroy any of the listed protected trees or possess, collect, remove, transport, export, purchase, sell, donate or in any other manner acquire or dispose of any of the listed protected trees or any product derived from such tree, except under a licence or exemption granted by the Minister.
