The MEC for the Department of Economic Development, Environment, Agriculture and Rural Development has adopted and published for implementation the Gauteng Provincial Environmental Management Framework, in terms of regulation 5(4) of the Environmental Management Framework Regulations 2010, as published under GNR 547 on 18 June 2010.
The Gauteng Provincial Environmental Management Framework replaces all other Environmental Management Frameworks in the Gauteng Province.
