The Minister of Water and Sanitation has, in terms of section 78(3) of the NWA, proposed the establishment of a catchment management agency, situated in the Lower Orange Water Management Area (WMA) together with Upper Orange WMA in Western Cape; and that the agency be named the Orange Catchment Management Agency.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days after the publication of the notice (i.e. on or before 29 March 2016).
