The Acting Director-General of the Department of Water and Sanitation has, in terms of item 6(1) of schedule 3 to the NWA, limited the taking of water from the Tosca Molopo groundwater to a 20% restriction on water used for irrigation, domestic and industrial activities from the Tosca Molopo groundwater aquifer in the Tosca Molopo water user association area.
