The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 24(5)(c)(i), 24(5)(j) and 44(1)(a) and (b) of the NEMA, given notice of her intention to amend the regulations in respect of the fees for the consideration and processing of applications for environmental authorisations and amendments thereto, as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public were invited to submit written comments within 30 days of the publication of this notice.
