The Minister of Labour has, in terms of section 43 of the OSHA, given notice of her intention to make the Explosive Regulations as set out in the schedule to this notice. These regulations will repeal the Explosives Regulations, 2002.
Members of the public were invited to submit written comments within 30 days after the publication of this notice in the Gazette.
