The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice of her intention to make regulations regarding health care risk waste, in terms of sections 69(1)(b), (g), (h), (q), (r), (s), (dd), and (ee) read with sections 72 and 73 of NEM:WA.
The public is invited to submit written representations to the Minister within 30 days of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 30 May 2018).
