NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: PROTECTED AREAS ACT (57/2003): DECLARATION OF NATURE RESERVES

The Western Cape Provincial Minister of Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning has, in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) of the NEM:PAA, declared the following Nature Reserves on the properties as set out in the notices -

  • High Silent Nature Reserve;
  • Botterblom Nature Reserve;
  • Edith Stephens Nature Reserve;
  • Bothasig Nature Reserve;
  • Blaauwberg Nature Reserve; and
  • Bracken Nature Reserve.
