The MEC for Agriculture and Environmental Affairs of KwaZulu-Natal has, in terms of section 33(1) of the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act 57 of 2003, given notice of his intention to declare the areas described in this notice as Nature Reserves and to incorporate these into the existing Hlhuluwe-iMfolozi Game Reserve.

Members of the public are invited to submit written representations to the Chief Executive Officer: KwaZulu-Natal Nature Conservation Board within 60 days of publication of this notice (i.e. by 27 January 2014).
