The Northern Cape MEC for the Department of Rural, Environment and Agricultural Development has, in terms of section 64 of the North West Biodiversity Management Act 4 of 2016, published the draft North West Biodiversity Management Regulations.
Members of the public were invited to submit written representations on the proposed regulations within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice.
