The Minister of Mineral Resources has, by notice in the gazette, and in terms of section 100 (2) of the MPRDA, published the Broad -Based Socio- Economic Empowerment Charter for the Mining and Minerals Industry, 2018 for implementation.
The Mining Charter should be read together with implementation Guidelines to be gazetted within two months from the date of publication of this notice.
