The Minister for Water and Environmental Affairs has, in terms section 67(1) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act 10 of 2004, published a list of alien species in respect of which a permit, in terms of section 65(1) of the Act, may not be issued. In other words, no person may undertake a restricted activity in respect of the alien species listed in this notice.
