The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 34G of the NEMA, given notice of her intention to make regulations pertaining to the identification and setting of admission of guilt fines for certain offences listed in section 67 of the NEMWA, as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations within 30 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 30 March 2015).
