The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice of her intention to make regulations in terms of section 44(1)(aD) of the NEMA pertaining to the procedure to be followed when oral requests are made for directives to be issued in terms of section 30A of the NEMA (i.e. emergency situations), as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 29 December 2014).
