The Minister of Mineral Resources has, in terms of section 98(1) of the MHSA, replaced the explosives regulations as set out in chapter 4 of the Mine Health and Safety Regulations published under GNR 93 on 15 January 1997 with the explosives regulations as set out in the schedule to this notice.
The new explosive regulations take effect three months after publication of this notice, i.e. on 9 October 2015.
