The Minister of Mineral Resources has, in terms of section 98(1) of the MHSA and after consultation with the Council, amended Chapter 8 of the regulations made in terms of the MHSA, as set out in the schedule to this notice.
The amended regulations come into operation 3 months after the date of publication (i.e. on 26 May 2015), with the exception of sub- regulations 8.10.1.2(b) and 8.10.2.1(b).
