The Minister of Mineral Resources has, in terms of section 98(1) of the MHSA, given notice that Chapter 22 of the Regulations relating to “competent persons for explosives” will be amended and replaced with new regulations as set out in the schedule to the notice. The new regulations will come into effect 3 (three) months after date of publication of the abovementioned notice in the Government Gazette.
