The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 25(1) read with sections 72 and 73 of the NEM:WA, given notice of her intention to require any person or category of persons who transports waste for gain to register with the Department in accordance with the provisions as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public were invited to submit written comments within 30 days of publication of this notice in the Gazette.
