Notice is hereby given in terms of section 160(4)(b) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 108 of 1996 read with section 12(3)(b) of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000 that the Umjindi Municipality intends reviewing the Street and Miscellaneous By-laws and the Refuse (Solid Waste) and Sanitary By-laws.
Any interested and affected party was required to submit written comments within 14 days of publication of this notice.
