The Saldanha Bay Municipality has, in terms of section 156 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, enact the following By-laws –
- The Storm Water Management By-laws;
- By-Law relating to Water Supply, Sanitation Services and Industrial Effluent;
- Air Quality By-law; and
- Integrated Waste Management By-law.
