SEA-SHORE ACT (21/1935): WESTERN CAPE NATURE CONSERVATION BOARD: PROPOSED LEGALISATION/CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS STRUCTURES BELOW THE HIGH-WATER MARK

The Western Cape Nature Conservation Board has, in terms of section 3(5) of the Sea-Shore Act, given notice of its intention to enter into leases in which provision is made for the proposed legalisation/construction of various structures below the high-water mark of a tidal river as set out in the schedule to this notice.

Objections to the proposed leases must be lodged with the Chief Executive Officer on or before 27 October 2014.
