The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 43(3)(a) read together with sections 99 and 100 of the NEM:BA published a draft Shark Biodiversity Management Plan, as contained in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations by no later than 16:00 on 20 June 2014.
