The Emalahleni Local Municipality has, in terms of section 13(a) of the Local Government Municipality Systems Act 32 of 2000, section 156(2) of the Constitution and section 9(3)(a-d) of the NEM:WA, published the Waste Management By-laws as approved by Council on 1 October 2015 under Council Resolution number: A. 211/15 which By-laws will come into effect on the date of publication hereof (i.e. 13 January 2016).
