The Minister of Energy has, in terms of section 19(2) read with section 19(1)(b) of the NEA, published for public comment, the draft Regulations regarding Registration, Reporting on Energy Management and Submission of Energy Management Plans.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations on the proposed regulations within 60 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 26 May 2015).
