The Minister of Environmental Affairs has published the the draft “Third Biennial Update Report” (BUR -3) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) for public comments. A copy of the BUR -3 may be downloaded from the Department of Environmental Affairs’ website at: www.environment.gov.za.
Members of the public were to submit their written representations on, or objections to the BUR -3 within 30 days from date of publication of the abovementioned notice.
