The MEC of the Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning in the Western Cape has, in terms of section 4(7) of the Land Use Planning Ordinance 15 of 1985 on 21 October 2013, amended the Cape Town Spatial Development Framework to permit the change in designation from Core 1 to Urban Development of Portion 1 of Remainder Cape Farm No. 1511, Parow, as indicated in the plan attached to this notice.
