The Victor Khanye Local Municipality has published, in terms of section 156(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa and section 9(3)(a)-(d) of the NEM:WA, the Waste Management By-law. The By-law regulates, inter alia, the municipality’s obligation to provide a service for refuse removal, collection and disposal.
