The Mantsopa Local Municipality has, under section 156 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, adopted the standard Waste Management By-Laws, as set out in this notice.
The by-laws regulate, inter alia, the Waste Management Information System, provision and access to municipal and commercial services and the transportation and disposal of waste.
