The Umhlabuyalingana Local Municipality has, in terms of section 156(2) of the Constitution and section 9(3)(a)-(d) of the NEM:WA, promulgated the By-Law on Waste Management.
The By-law sets out the provisions pertaining to, inter alia, waste management and to ensuring that effective delivery of waste services are achieved.
