The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 28(1) read with section 28(5) of the NEM:WA, given notice of her intention to require the Paper and Packaging Industry, Electrical and Electronic Equipment Industry and Lighting Industry to prepare and submit their industry waste management plans for approval as detailed in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 30 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 24 August 2015).
