The Acting Director-General of the DWS has, in terms of section 13(4) and 63(1)(a) of the NWA, published, for public comment, the proposed classes of water resources and the proposed resource quality objectives for the Mokolo, Matlabas, Crocodile (West) and Marico catchments to be determined under section 13(1) of the NWA, as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days from the date of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 6 February 2018).
