The Nala Local Municipality has, in terms of section 14(2)(a)(i) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Ac 32 of 2000, enacted the Water Services By-Law aimed at regulating the provision of water supply services and sanitation services within the area of jurisdiction of the Municipality.
