The City of Mbombela Local Municipality has enacted and published in accordance with the provisions of section 156(2) of the Constitution, read with section 13 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, the Water Supply Services By-Law. The By-law provides for, inter alia, the provision of water and sanitation services within the Municipality’s area of jurisdiction.
