The Provincial Minister of Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning in the Western Cape has, in terms of section 33(1)(a) of the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act 57 of 2003, given notice of his intention to declare nature reserves on the properties set out in the schedule to this notice.
