The Provincial Minister of Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning in the Western Cape has, in terms of section 33(1)(a) of the NEM:PAA, given notice of his intention to declare the Moutonshoek Protected Environment on the properties as set out in the schedule to this notice situated in the Krom Antonies River Valley.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days from the date of this notice (i.e. on or before 15 March 2016).
