The MEC of the Western Cape Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning has, in terms of section 28(1) of the NEMPAA, declared a protected environment on the farms as set out in this notice situated in the Witzenberg Municipality, Division of Ceres, Western Cape Province, to be known as the "Grootwinterhoek Protected Environment'".
