National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act (57/2003): Intention to declare the Melkrivier Nature Reserve.

The MEC for the Department of Environment and Nature Conservation Northern Cape Province has, in terms of section 33(1) of the National Environmental Management Act: Protected Areas Act 57 of 2003, given notice of his intention to declare the Melkrivier Nature Reserve, located in the Nama Khoi Municipality, Division of Namaqualand.
