The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 83(1)(d)(iv) of the NEMICMA, given notice of her intention to make regulations as set out in the schedule to this notice.
The regulations propose to regulate, inter alia, the procedure for submission, processing and consideration of research applications within or in respect of coastal public property.
Members of the public were invited to submit written comments within 30 days after the publication of this notice.
