Extention of timeframes under the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act

Notice in terms of regulation 10(8) of the Regulations issued in terms of the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002).

The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy has extended various timeframes prescribed in the Mineral and Petroleum Resource Development Act and regulations, in context of the COVID 19 lockdown period.
