INSIGHTS

The uMhlathuze Municipality has, in terms of section 156 of the Constitution read in conjunction with section 12(3)(b) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, amended the Bylaws relating to Stormwater Management as set out in the notice. The amendments pertain to, inter alia, the relay of stormwater from high-lying erven to lower-lying erven and the transfer of ownership.
