Heritage Western Cape has given notice of its intention to make regulations in terms of section 25(2)(h) of the NHRA, as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit comments on the proposed regulations within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 27 October 2014).
