The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment has given notice of her intention to amend the transitional arrangements contained in the Financial Provisioning Regulations, 2015 as amended.
The proposed amendments pertain to Regulation 17B which deals with transitional periods for rights and permits.
