NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: AIR QUALITY ACT (39/2004): AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS PRESCRIBING THE FORMAT OF THE ATMOSPHERIC IMPACT REPORT 2013

The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 53(o) read with section 30 of the NEMAQA, published the amendments to the Regulations Prescribing the Format of the Atmospheric Impact Report. The amendments pertain to the provisions in respect of the analysis of the impact of emissions on human health and the environment as contained in regulations 5.1 and 5.2 respectively.
