INSIGHTS

The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 11(5)(b) of the National Environmental Management Act 107 of 1998, amended Schedules 1 and 2 to the Act as set out in the schedule to this notice. Schedules 1 and 2 set out the National Departments which are required to prepare an environmental implementation plan and an environmental management plan respectively.
