The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of the NEM:BA, published the Policy on Boat-Based Whale and Dolphin Watching (“BBWW”) as set out in the schedule to this notice. The policy aims to provide guidance to the process and decision making for the second permit allocation process for boat-based whale and dolphin watching permits and needs to be read together with the Regulations published under GNR 477 of 30 May 2017 (see above).
