The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of the NEM:BA, published a Policy on White Shark Cage Diving (“WSCD”) as set out in the schedule to this notice. The policy aims to provide guidance to the processing and decision making on permit allocations for WSCD operating permits and needs to be read together with the Regulations published under GNR 477 of 30 May 2017 (see above).
