The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 100, read with section 43(3) of the NEMBA, published for public comment, the draft Biodiversity Management Plan for the Clanwilliam Sandfish Labeo Seeberi, as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public were invited to submit written comments within 30 days of the publication of this notice.
