The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice of her intention to publish the draft Biodiversity Management Plan, in terms of section 43(i)(b)(i) read with sections 43(3) and 100 of the NEM:BA, for 11 Critically Endangered and 4 Endangered Encephalartos (Cycad) species set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public were invited to submit written representations within 30 days of publication of this notice.
