The MEC for the Northern Cape Department of Environment and Nature Conservation has declared the Bloemfontein Nature Reserve as a Nature Reserve in terms of section 23 of the NEM:PAA on the properties collectively managed as Bloemfontein Nature Reserve. The Bloemfontein Nature Reserve is located on the Bokkeveld Plato, Hantam Municipality.
