INSIGHTS

The MEC for the North West Department of Rural, Environment and Agricultural Development has, in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) read with section 23(1)(b) of the NEM:PAA, declared the Boskopdam Nature Reserve on the properties as listed in the schedule to this notice. The North West Parks Board has, in terms of section 38(2)(a) of the NEM:PAA, been assigned as the Management Authority of the reserve.
